转弯皮带输送机在运送产品运转时，其传动装置、传动滚筒、换向滚筒与皮带输送机惰轮组在异常时会发出异常噪音。根据异常噪音可以判断社会的故障。
(1)皮带转弯机托辊严重偏心时的噪声。皮带转弯输送机在运转过程中，托辊经常有异常噪声与周期性振动。
产生噪声原因是无缝钢管壁厚不均匀，离心力较大出现噪声。在惰轮加工过程中，两端轴承孔中 心与外圆中 偏差较大，也会出现较大的离心力，出现异常的噪音。
(2)转弯皮带输送机联轴器两轴不同心时有噪声。 驱动装置高速端的电机与减速器或输送带制动轮的联轴器发出的异常噪声与电机的旋转频率相同。
当出现这种声音的时，应调整电机和减速器的位置，防止减速器输入轴断裂。
(3)转弯皮带输送机换向鼓、驱动鼓异响。在运转换向鼓与输送机驱动鼓的噪声很小。在出现了异常噪音时，轴承通常损坏。
其主要原因是间隙过大或过小、轴窜槽、漏油或油 质不良、轴承端盖密封不到位，造成轴承磨损和温升。要换新的润滑油。
(4)流水线不锈钢输送机咸速器噪声。
减速器异常振动与声音的原因有:底脚螺丝松动、车轮中 心或车轮螺丝松动、齿轮严重缺齿与磨损、减速器缺油等，尽快的修理与更换 。
(5)流水线不锈钢输送机电机噪声。皮带转弯输送机电机的异常振动与声音有几个原因:

The abnormal noise emitted by the coupling between the motor at the high-speed end of the driving device and the reducer or the brake wheel of the conveyor belt is the same as the rotation frequency of the motor.
In case of such sound, the position of motor and reducer shall be adjusted to prevent the input shaft of reducer from breaking.
(3) Abnormal sound of reversing drum and driving drum of turning belt conveyor. The noise of transfer drum and conveyor driving drum is very small. In case of abnormal noise, the bearing is usually damaged.
The main reason is that the bearing is not in place, the oil temperature is too high or the oil seal groove is not in place, or the oil leakage is too small. New lubricating oil is needed.
(4) Noise of speed reducer of stainless steel conveyor in assembly line.
The causes of abnormal vibration and sound of the reducer include: loose foot screws, loose wheel center or wheel screws, serious gear missing and wear, lack of oil of the reducer, etc. repair and replace it as soon as possible.
(5) Noise of stainless steel conveyor motor in assembly line. There are several reasons for abnormal vibration and sound of belt turning conveyor motor:
Excessive load: low voltage or two-phase operation: loose anchor bolts and wheels: Bearing Fault: motor turn to turn short circuit. Stop checking and reduce the load, check whether the screws are loose and whether the bearings are damaged.
(6) Noise caused by damaged inner bearing of stainless steel conveyor in assembly line. The inner bearing of 90 degree / 180 degree turning belt conveyor usually needs to have stable support capacity.
